About
Hi! I’m Alex, a producer and mixer based in London. I work with indie and alt rock bands to turn their songs into finished records that are loud and clear, but capture the energy of their live shows.
I spend my days engineering and mixing sessions for Trevor Horn and artists including Bloc Party, Seal and The Corrs. I bring that same workflow and standards to every independent project I take on, working closely with artists such as Alien Chicks and Trunky Juno to create records that feel powerful, polished and true to what excited you about the song in the first place.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or need multitrack recording mixed, I’d love to take a listen and see how we can take it further.

Alex worked with our band ‘Vice Killer’ on our EP ‘Alone, in This World’ and our single ‘Heroine’ He produced and mastered all the songs. Alex provided his own ideas for changes in dynamics, and sounds for the tracks, which made a huge difference in the end!
During the recording of the EP, he was able to provide assistance with a range of guitar sounds and synths. We highly recommend Alex as a producer, from working with on our debut EP we made sure to work with him again on our next records!

Alex has worked on multiple live mixes of my band’s music from live shows for video release – he took a challenging recording with multiple missing stems and turned them into polished, dynamic mixes with fantastic punch. He works fast, is diligent and has a great ear thanks to his experience – I would never hesitate to recommend him.

Alex produced and engineered my rock and roll band The Big Three’s EP in 2020 and was superb. He took the time to get to know the niche we were working in, was full of excellent suggestions as we were still finding the sound, offered guidance on the songs themselves and ensured the whole thing sounded beautiful and exactly as we had in our heads.
